Bio:
Jaymie has two decades of experience in tourism. A natural storyteller, she came to tour guiding after completing her Bachelors in French and spending two years managing the Provence Regional Tourist Board for the French Government Tourist Office. She fell in love with group travel while accompanying tour operators and journalists on familiarization tours and press trips and began to wonder if there was a way to travel for a living. This led her into a career in tour management. In 2006, she attended the International Tour Management Institute, and went on to lead tours for Adventures by Disney in Italy & France for four wonderful years. In 2010, Jaymie met her husband and relocated to his native city of San Diego. What a wonderful place to call home! She has also lived in her native Michigan, France, Chicago, Las Vegas, New York, and Italy. Jaymie is fluent in French and Italian. She is available for step-on tours of San Diego. Since becoming an active local guide she has assisted with well over 500 conventions & events throughout San Diego. Jaymie has conducted hundreds of motor coach city tours and is happy to serve as an ambassador for San Diego.
