Here's a short video I made about Charles Hatfield, the Rainmaker, who was hired by the city of San Diego in December, 1915, to bring rain to the drought-ridden city. In January 1916, the rain began to fall, eventually flooding San Diego!

Wow Keri, thanks so much for making this. Great job!! We must have had a rainmaker 🌧️ visit San Diego this year too. It's interesting to hear San Diego had so much rain in January of 1916 That would have been the second year of the Panama-California Exhibition in Balboa Park. I bet they weren't too impressed with Charles Hatfield! Looking forward to seeing more of your videos! -Kris
